Want to get rid of some storage space. But, I am looking for a hookup at verizon. I want to upgrade my phone but my contract to upgrade is not up until next year and the same goes for my friend also. i dont think anyone will be able to do it unless they work at liek verizons corporate office... my friends who work at verizon wasnt even able to do it for me even when my contract was up in 2 months... so good luck!!

 

yeah i have had verizon for about 7 years and have had a lot of friends work for them. verizon just doesnt do hook ups, and its hard for them just to give discounts. its got to be approved by a manager who gets it approved by another manager

my older sister called in to verizon and made them cancel it. I read somewhere that its illegal to hold you to the contract if they change the rates or something, or if you couldn't pay for it anymore then you can get out of it. Yea so she called and ask to speak with a manager and she got out of it. That or you can ask a different company to pay your termination fee and switch over for 2 years with that company

 

Well they wont let you get out of it now because when u agree to the 2 yr contract you are also signing to their terms which state in the clause that you fully understand terms and conditions. And it will be hard to find a company eat up 200 dollars worth of early term fee to make a sale. I worked with Verizon for several years.

 

Well she got it to close out, she said it was a hardship on her life or something I can ask her to forward me the email. The guy said it was tax that was raised by 35 cents she told him the bill doesn't say tax it was some other bull**** but the guy was like so losing 35 cents a month is hard? She said let me talk to your manager. LOL I'll try to get you the email . All I know is she's getting the iPhone 3g s
