If you want to be "low key" then just sell your ewg/tbe setup and rock a stock exhaust setup. That will be WAY easier then finding someone that has what you want, will pay for the swaps, and give you money on top. With a stock exhaust you won't have a reason to be pulled over unless you speed, and even if a cop popped your hood, having a stock dp won't get you a ref ticket. And a cop wont know it's a jdm engine.
You'd probably have a better chance just selling the car as a whole and just buying a clean AW Bugeye with cash left over.

After all the tax's and DMV fee's along with time spent sourcing a buyer for my vehicle and a new car for myself, that would not be close to worth it. I'd rather just keep it as is than do that. I never asked for any money on top, aside from an installation fee. I want my engine to be Bar'd/certified. Anyways, engine is pending right now to a private party. Thanks for all the interest!

oh okay. Sorry for misunderstanding. It's such a good engine though, the possiblity of getting a ref ticket would still be the same with a different engine on a stage 2 setup. But I understand that it not being bard would be the problem. Hope it works out for you man.
