its really not hard, pull off ur hubs and either take them to a shop with a press to pop the old ones out or put a lugnut on the end of them an give them some good whacks with a hammer to nock them out, then just put in the new one and use a lugnut (open ended) and tighten down the lugnut and it will suck the stud into the hub...

i dont think there is any other way to do them.
i dont think there is enough room to sneak them out.
what futuristik wrote is what u have to do, remove the hubs then pound them out or press them out and press them in.

I just did my fronts with ARP extended wheel studs. The front passenger was the trial and error side while the driver side took only 10 minutes most. The hobby shop I used had a press, but I could only get 4/5 pressed in. I hammered in the 5th one on a bench.

The ARP studs were about 1" longer than stock and could NOT be put in without taking off the rotor and wheel bearing. Clearance was not possible.

I would offer to help but I am in the Coast Guard and my ship is leaving for a patrol in a couple of days, so I will not be here for a couple of months.

I hope you find some good help for the install.
