I hear that people buy EJ22 blocks and rebuild them for little airplanes.

 

i know a guy who takes Suby motors and makes hovercrafts with them

i ment like, what would you do with it to make it an upgrade, like for an rs perhaps, boost it?

The tranny: no.

The engine: yes, I think a little through the seals. Needs new head gaskets I expect. It does have 145,000 miles after all.

The steering rack also leaks somewhere.

 

Will not seperate, I want the whole thing out of my garage. =)

The tranny works but had some grind. I think that was only because it had Valvoline synthetic gear oil which doesn't work very well for Subarus. There's a good chance that loading it up with Redline Shockproof would fix it right up.

Clutch is new, under 10,000 miles.
