(Edit SOLD) FS: VF34 Package-brand new
Yup, I love Costco. 6 months return policy. No questions asked. But be careful, my buddy got black listed for buying PCs for trade show and returning them when he's done. Did it 3 times, now Costco banned him from ever buying a PC there again.

Sorry for not replying to all your posts...I realize Gruppe-S has a good reputation especially in the Suby world...or else I wouldn't buy there to begin with... Anyway, being in customer service myself, my point?
1. I realize the restocking fee...but 25% is little too steep for a "not a special" order item. But I guess, a rule's a rule
2. It's not like I'm refunding the purchase amount...I am simply exchanging it to a different turbo kit and pay the difference. I'm a good customer and I pay hard earned $$...I just want a fair deal...
For the peep who offered me $1000? I might as well return it and pay the 25% restocking fee and I'll still end up a few $$ ahead
Thanks but no thanks..Squeeze in the extra $100, you're still paying less...That's my final price.

LoanPro - For your kit, we can take your kit back for 10% restocking fee if you want to do it. To be honest the 25% restocking fee is a bit high for the VF34 kit (you're right we stock this), it's just hard for us to say item X is 25%, item Y is 20%, item Z is 15%, etc. I'm sure you get that point.
That being said, please do understand that for certain transactions, we take over a 7% hit on teh credit card fees alone, along with the time it takes to inspect items (for example the turbocharger), accounting to delete and modify invoices, repackaging stuff, etc. etc. That is where the 25% fees come from as it actually costs us a lot to take packages back, and I'm sorry for this.
But since you're a local guy, we can definitely make that exception for you. Please give me a call if you want to do that. Sorry about everything.
Thanks,
Gary
