What are the odds you think this might fit up to my invidia catback, looking to switch from catless to catted.

Should fit with no issues. If you decide to switch to catted, I'd be interested in your catless DP (assuming yours is invidia)

My invidia catless didn't fit my Cobb cbe very well. I had to use 1 and a half gaskets to seal the gap. Not sure if this would be an issue or not for your setup Tren.

Fitment wise, this is a direct replacement for the stock downpipe. If your CBE fits with a stock DP, it'll fit with this. This uses the same donut gasket as stock.
