I got this VF39 off a 2005 STi with 130k miles and the front oil seal was leaking, necessitating a rebuild. The kits I use for IHI turbos upgrade the bronze bearings to a much stronger brass, and the thrust components are rated to handle 20+ psi of boost much better than stock.

I've used this rebuild kit on my personal VF43 (previous ad if anyone wants to see) and made an easy 265 whp on a 2006 wrx on 91 oct. My ad says Kinugawa rebuild kit but this is Melett. I rebuild turbos day in and day out, this one is no different.

I did not need to replace either turbine and therefore I just retained the factory balancing (see pics). The wastegate does have the typical crack, but again my VF43 had this crack and my tuner never noticed any issues on 18 psi.

Everything should be include for drop in and run. Turbo just needs to be properly primed and it's good for some fun.
