reality is, whomever gets to the seller first, with cash in hand, gets the item. You were not first in line and as the seller, I have to pursue all avenues of sale until the item is sold. No offense to Su_Buru, but I had no idea if he would actually show up tonight or not. Also, how would I know that you would not flake out on me and thus I might lose the potential other buyers? If you have sold enough stuff on the internet/craigslist, etc, you know that you get stood up a lot. I too have lost out on buying stuff because I was not quickest to the seller with the cash.

I apologize for not explicitly telling you that others had interest but one look at the thread (minus Su_Buru) could have told you that others might be interested.
