This STi is in near flawless condition, adult owned, always garaged and driven by my wife to work and back. We had a baby and bought a WRX Wagon so there is no need for us to keep the STi. It has hardly been driven for the last 3 months. Currently it has 36,000 miles, all maintenance has always been performed by me. I keep a log book showing gas mileage as well as maintenance done. I recently changed the oil, radiator fluid, flushed the clutch and brake fluid, new transmission fluid, new brake pads all around, new tires, etc.

It is all stock except for coilovers, wheels (with brand new tires) and rear end links. I also swapped the STi spoiler for a WRX one because we like the WRX spoiler better. I replaced the clutch and flywheel with an Exedy clutch and Gruppe-S flywheel at 30,000 miles.

It has been washed and waxed regularly and the paint looks very clean and smooth. No big scratches or dents. It runs flawlessly, no leaks, hesitations, turbo smoke, etc. Everything works like it should, no quirks. It's never been launched hard or drag raced at the track. I have a dedicated track car so there was never a reason for me to beat on it.

This car turns heads everywhere it goes and it's a tough decision to sell it but we need to free up some money so it has to go.

Asking $24,900 obo. From doing some searching on Autotrader and Craigslist it seems that this is a fair price especially considering the low mileage and great condition it is in. I've seen plenty STi's going for more with higher mileage.
