I have two 8Gb 3G iPhone'sthat are both jailbroken/unlocked and currently running the 3.0 OS .... They were both purchased on the same day and put into protective cases with the screen protector since the day one... looking to try n get bout 350 a piece obo.. most of em on flea bay are going for more than this.. the scratches are on the protective film on them both..

To the OP: $350 doesn't necessarily rationalize the price of the iphone just because it's jailbroken, a lot of shops jailbreak for $20 bucks

Go look at Ebay and CL, unlocked no contract phones are going for more than 350. Keep the drama out of people's threads. seriously.

yea i understand but to all those that have tmobile and non at&t contracts try n go n get a $99 dollar 3g or $199 3gs iPhone.. oh n when they look up to see if ur an at&t customer n then tell u that the 3gs price is actually $599 for the 16gb with no contract then i think you'll understand that my price is fair n it does say obo... =)

 

That's only if u can upgrade your line. And from Att or apple u have to sign a new 2 year for that phone. The price for a iPhone outright is $500 so $350 really is not that bad of a price.
