1999 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS engine - EJ253

this is the SOHC engine. this engine -=MUST=- be rebuilt as i believe it has rod knock - i have not opened the engine, so i cannot say for absolute.

included items: intake manifold (with all connected wiring), stock fuel rails, stock fuel injectors, alternator, power steering pump, Group A lightweight crank pulley, coil pack, spark plugs (NGK platinums), stock spark plug wires, 2000RS ecu.

the timing belt did NOT snap and is in good condition. the hydraulic timing belt tensioner is 1.5 years old and does not appear to be in bad condition (ie. no leaks).

this is a mechanics special, and would be a good starter platform for a turbo project.

i will not ship, deliver or drop off this engine.
