In good condition. The climate controls are all there and in good shape, the center bit (with the cupholder has a scratch on it and the shift boot is fine.

I looked in to doing this and it is not very easy to do.
the 05 controls are all electric.
the 02-04 controls are all mechanical.
in order to do this swap you would need the giant HVAC box that goes behind the controls plus some wiring.
