It adds a lot to the stock speakers/setup but if you have a lot of money in aftermarket door speakers, it will not satisfy your needs...

It should be.

The wire harness it plugs in to is above the headliner with the map light plug. The mirror will attach to the stock mount on the windshield and the two plastic pieces pictured with the wire harness cover the wires up between the headliner and the mirror...

It took me about 10 minutes to swap this one for the HomeLink mirror...

Yep, I will ship. The mirror works, you will have to calibrate the compas once it is installed though.
