shifter lever bearings?

shifter lever bearings?
How do you take them out? i recently put in my short shifter kartboy, and i need bearings in that circle thing on the lever to keep it stable, i got bearings in my old lever but i dont know how to get them out can someone tell me how to take them out of my lever?
