Saying Hello

hey guys, coming here from Nasioc. Heard there is a lot of Bay Area people here so hoping this place is a good fit. Live in Santa Rosa, might see my 08 DGM wrx sedan from time to time.

Currently got the car almost two years bone stock with 36k mi on the odometer. Got the windows tinted and its been downhill with goodies ever since..Currently have 53k mi, but don't put too many miles on her for being my DD. Power and handling wise this car feels INCREDIBLE. Especially since the only other performance oriented car I had was my first car ( 91 Toyota MR2 non-turbo).

Mod list:
Perrin TBE, DP, Process West TMIC, Tomei UEL header/upipe, VF-52

White line suspension: front sways, rear sways, endlinks and anti-lift kit.

Also got the back chrome strip painted DGM to match car, looks way better for any of the 08+ peeps wondering

Welcome

Those numbers do seem high for 15psi even with a 52.

They have a mustang dyno which I think runs on the low side for dynos. You know the 08 has the 2.5 liter in it too right?

I'm highly aware, I have the same engine and the same everything. Plenty of people run 52s in the Legacy.

I just can't see it being that high with that little of boost.

Ill have to tell my tuner good job then I know every dyno does read different especially with factors like altitude and what not. Are you running tomei headers too?

Welcome to nasioc crobb! Bottomline as long as the butt dyno says there is a difference and it is running okay then that should be all that matters. If you want to argue numbers make sure you comparing similar setups on that same dyno

I thought I was at I-club?! thanks for the welcome, absolutely you make good points.

P.S. do any of the 08+ newer guys have the squeaky clutch pedal too?

I'm pretty sure it's the notorious firewall flex and weak welds but taking to the dealership on Monday to have them inspect again.
