Looks like you need injectors fuel pump and a different down pipe cause hks is not a Bellmouth or divorced. Other then that list looks good. Maybe even ported headers?

Can you explain the difference between bellmouth and not? ive heard bellmouth is the way to go though And ported headers? I'm unfamiliar with what that is, it obviously has something to do with the headers haha

Sounds like its a TR model WRX, they came with alluminum control arms I believe. Ditch the turbo timer..
Also, is the car currently tuned for all these parts? If it hasn't gotten a quality tune from a reputable tuner then you should pass on buying it.

Why ditch the turbo timer though? The people I talk to about these confirm this but I have never asked why

Subarus have oil and water cooled turbos. It's not necessary to run the engine with a TT once your done driving.. Personal preferences I guess. If it makes you feel better about you engine that's cool. But if you want something that truely benefits your engine get an oil cooler setup. Especially with that mod list.

It is not tuned properly for the Fmic...
It's set up on the map for the Sti turbo and tmic. Why I am selling the Fmic and buying an Sti tmic.
He has the Fmic on her for about 5k miles, and I informed him that he is throwing off the air fuel ratio. Does this do anything besides cause lag? This subie will be a DD, occasional track day, and like everyone who owns / wants to own one a rally car.

It might be worth your while to spend some money to get a leak down test done on the engine and have it looked at to see how "healthy" it really is.. A little money up front now might save you a lot down the line..
