Hey guys, just recently purchased an '08 WRX Wagon back in the beginning of Feb. Been having tons of fun with it ever since..the only "mods" I've done is slap on some tint and the Perrin short shifter kit... although I am very eager to begin upgrading and learning more about my car asap.....Would you guys have any advice on where to start??..i was thinking about getting some sway bars, but dont know where to look..right now I've just been hitting up the Perrin performance web site...what do you guys think of thier products??

im afraid it has already bitten, perrin has a sale on sway bars at the moment..im thinking of grabbing some... i just wish there was a shop or some sort of club around where im from to help guide my purchases...this is my daily driver..but i want to be able to have a little fun with it from time to time

 

I-club has a ton of information that will be very useful to you. Congrats on the purchase!! I have cusco sways with whiteline endlinks and I am very happy with them!

 

For daliy driving id recommend a rear sway bar w/ endlinks and lowering springs for the suspension. You'll keep a great ride for DD but have fun in the turns.

Try a stage 1 protune set up for performance. Stock turbo, stock Downpipe, stock intercooloer. Just a catback, drop in filter, and a protune at shop.

Ive deff been doing as much research as i can find.. I've have a perrin panel filter that i failed to mention earlier, as for leaving all of that stuff stock, for now that is the plan, but ultimately the goal is to be pushing 450ish hp
