Yeah, I want to get an intake, catless down pipe and an access port. I think that might be it. Right now I only have a muffler delete but I want to pick up a P&L exhaust. But the biggest problem is $$$

You're on the right track with a down pipe and Accessport. Intakes don't do too much for Subarus but lots of people run them. I think Cobb's OTS maps support their intake and if you got a protune, the tuner could probably squeeze some more power from the intake.
