FRS radios in the bay area - iclub frequency

Hey... do you guys carry around FRS radios? We should establish a channel and code for all i-club. Leave it on and chatter like a CB.

Yay or nay?

How about Channel 20 Code 3... as in Impreza S203

Can someone link me to a good FRS radio? I've bought one from radioshack in the past for like $30 and it was a PIECE, so I don't want to make that mistake again.
