New 04 FOZ owner in Fremont!
Hi I-Club!
A few weeks ago I picked up a, new to me, 04 Forester XT premium w/ 4eat in Aspen White. I used to have a stage 2, 03 WRX wagon, and have been a "ghosting" I-Club member since 06 (rayjayx78, 14 posts). I look to being more active on I-Club so saw it fitting to start a new member name! I'm eyeing the Fremont Weds meets at the Va-jay-jay statue, so hopefully I meet some of you soon.
Back to the FOZ. It has high miles on it (168k), so I've been getting all the maintenance up to date. So far the maintenance list includes: mechanic inspection, timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, 4 drain and fills with Subie HP-ATF, front calipers/rotors/pads change, and f/r diff fluid service.
Next on the list is to replace the banjo bolts, go with a catless uppipe, have the radiator flushed with Subie OEM fluid, and some misc interior/exterior finishing. Let me know if I should be looking at other stuff too, and any recommended Subie shops close to Fremont (GST, Motorsport Techniques, Bo's Imports)!

Greetings, fellow Fxt owner! Good to see you're taking care of all the important stuff before modding. You're gonna love the torque that comes with a good tune when the time comes

I think it is against the rules to have two accounts. You should contact a mod and resolve the issue asap.

Thanks subysteez! I figured I need to get my FOZ all up to date on maintenance for a good baseline before mods.
Kamnewton! From all the searches I've done RBMS is always mentioned as a reputable shop. I'll definitely check them out for my banjo bolts, uppipe and radiator flush inquiries. Thanks!

Hey queeg9k. I was actually trying to delete my other account first before registering a new one. I just couldn't find the right portal, or some kind of "delete account" link.
I'll be in touch with a MOD asap to resolve this. Thanks for pointing that out!
