I have a 04 wrx with full exhaust with header, up/down pipe, intake and also have a cobb installed with stage 2 and i am only pulling 230 horse and my boost will not go over 12.8 lbs i have looked and found not vac leaks and no exhuast leaks. can some one maybe fill me in with some ideas. i bought the car like this and i had it dynoed.

Well i went out and bought a cobb port put stage 2 in it today. I was in 4th and i hit 14.9 boost and i have a stoke turbo, my qeastion know is should i hit a higher boost in 3 because i go to 13.9 know im new to this so i just trying to learn thanks
