Misfire codes and smog

Misfire codes and smog
I have misfire code on all cylinders. If I turn It off the codes via romraider do you think I can still pass smog? Or will they detect that I messed with the ecu?
I passed emissions and visual but this CEL is killing me..

forget trying to pass smog. get your misfires fixed! Your cat and you wallet will HAAATE you in the end.
