I bought my bugeye in Oct. '08. So far I dig it. I'm really a Chevy V8 guy, but not closed minded to awesome cars.

Car is tastefully modded. Previous owner took great care of it. Having an '02 though, I've experienced every "typical" issue pretty much. I'll find something wrong (chattering clutch, abs brake loss over bumps, etc.), then search the forum, and find out it's an old known issue. HA! Sucks, but whatever.

Hopefully I can make it out to some local meetups in the near future. I'll be searching for them after this post, but if anyone feels like being friendly responding to me with that information, it would be greatly appreciated. I live on the peninsula, but work in the south bay. Driving is not a problem though...tee hee.
