i got pulled over the other day for my exhaust being to loud. Instantly told me to pop my hoood and also got busted for a bov. all of this stuff was on my car when i got it from the dealer total bs. So now the ref said i have to replace my exhaust casue u cant have a removable silencer. and supposably im missing the third cat also. So i was wondering if any of u had a similar prob and what was your solutin..

 

where did you get pulled over? also if you got the car from the dealer make them fix the car because they did not sell you a car you can have on the streets.

I got pulled over at skyport and 87 right by sj airport. And all i did was pull up to a top light comeing off the free way hella slow and the when it turned green slowly pulled away from the light went to the next light looked in my rearview and saw his motorcycle light turn on and he took off after me. He came up behind me on the left saw and got real close to my bumper and exhaust, once the light turned green he blirped to pull over f u c k i n g bull****

 

It was from a small dealership not a subaru dealership. Plus it was almost year ago..

what exactly is on your car? are you going to teh ref to get it passed?

 

Just have a magna flow exhaust, and a turbosmart bov but when i took it in i just had the magna flow w/ a silencer. Put the stock bov back on. But my car is missing the rear cat so it did not pass the visual but it passed the emissions and all that. But they said i have to remove the exhaust cause i have a removable silencer and those are ilegal. But when i bought my car from the little dealership it came w/out a rear cat.
