I am not new to the site; I used to have a 2004 WRX a few years ago and sold it to my regret. Fortunately, I am looking at a 2005 STI at the moment at a used car lot. I can't decide myself though whether its a good deal or not so I figured I'd look for input from you guys.

Its a 2005 Subaru WRX STi in OBP with ~112k miles. I took it for a test drive today and didn't hear or notice any issues with the exception of a small cosmetic scrape on the rear driverside trunk corner. Other than that no immediate issues. I got the dealer down to $17,400 out the door, pending me taking it to a 3rd party mechanic for inspection.

Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated!
