Hello everybody,
newbee on the block here! You may notice that I'm not yet a full member since I lack the basic (the car), but it may be a matter of days.

In other words, I'm on the verge of turning true a child's dream, 10 years of dreaming and about 1 year planning and organizing to buy my first (used) WRX. I was absolutely sure it would be a sedan until I bumped onto this thread. Oh man, I wish I didn't... Now another variable for the equation - I always had a thing for wagons, and now even more because the SD doesn't fold back seats.

So, to sum it up, besides saying "hello everybody" (and BTW, hello everybody ), I wish to ask a few questions. I'm after a MY06-MY07, already did my homework and am researching everything I can on what should I pay attention to, and though I've learnt the basics (smoke color and smell, noises, panels alignment etc.), these remain:

1) is there anything specific to these models I should pay special attention to while inspecting the car?
2) any particullar reason, besides price, to consider MY05 (2.0l) instead or in addition?
3) until some time ago there was a WRX SW brochure here at home, but I guess it got dumped. ¬¬ Well, it said something about an auto-leveling rear suspension on the SW. Anyone has any info on that? I'm not having much luck with the search patterns.

Well, finally, greetings everyone and please excuse any misspellings and such, I'm not native on english.
