Hey Guys & Gals,

My name is Joel. I'm a nubie to subies here in socal, IE. I just picked up a 2005 RS project 77,000 miles on the clocker. It's a manual RBP. As I begin to move forward after some research I'll start a mod log and post pics. I plan to either paint it pearl white or Aspen white, now I'm thinking black!!!! . For now, I just plan to re-create a simple sti feel. Bumper, Hood, Trunk, Interior, maybe suspension. However tons of reading to do before I decide on power plant and complimentary parts. I may just save for a donor car.

THANK YOU BOTH!! I'm not the most active member as of yet, but I hope to be a good member soon. I hope to learn a lot with this car. I also hope to share my experience and knowledge gained from that. I may browse around until I get some hands on. I dont feel like posting random comments like cool, tight, sweet, dope, etc etc just for a post count. So for now, I'll be another fly by night newb.


I will post pics but, they will be back dated. So the forum timeline photos I post will always be my past, the forums present. I'm not the type who really likes to talk about things that never get done. I just want to do it, conquer it, and share my experience. Builds threads in my life have been a jinx and I dear not go back.
