I saw a WRC (look-like) pulled over by a Statey on 95 just North of Rt. 4 in Rhode Island, Saturday the 27th about 3:30 pm. The car had a had the blue WRC paint job with yellow Suby markings, gold rims and 02 type wing. Anyone know who's car this might be?
