Roomate wanted in Tewksbury, MA: Part II
Here we go again.
One of my roomates is going to move out at the end of this month. We're looking for someone that is actually able to manage their finances to move in then or soon after. Our lease ends in May, and we're planning on continuing if we can find a third person by then. Read on for details.
We have a single floor, three bedrooms and two baths with living/dining room and kitchen area, about 1300 sq ft, in Tewksbury, MA. The apartment is in a very nice area just south of 495 on rt. 38. Our building was built in 1999 and is still new, including stove (gas), microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and washer and dryer. AC and heat are in every room through central air. The master bedroom is being vacated, and is bigger than the other two and has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bedroom is being vacated, but we could shift depending on whichever room someone wanted. Hot water is included, and we pay electric, gas, and cable for Internet and TV (we all have cells and no longer have a land line). Rent is very cheap for this area.
This time we have prerequisites! They are as follows:
You must not be a moron.
You must understand that when two other people are relying on you to pay your rent, you cannot live hand-to-mouth and bounce rent checks because you thought it would be a good idea to spend a bunch of money at Best Buy.
Shoot me a PM if anyone's interested and we can talk, we'd like to line someone up ASAP for whenever they'd want to move in. Thanks guys.

Good luck & I hope you find someone responsible. The deal is sweet. Your post brought back memories of roomate h*ll. Our "3rd man out" ate our food, wore our clothes and always needed another week "man" to pay up.

Addendum: We have an extra-long twin bed with frame, dresser, and night table that will be here for use if wanted. We signed the paperwork yesterday to remove our roomate from our lease, and the office said we just need to fill out an application to have someone added, and can be done at any time.
And bump.
