Hey guys, this is cross-posted from the NASIOC New England forum, so sorry for the cross-post and the spam. One of my roomates is going to move out when our lease ends at the end of April, or sooner if we find someone that's interested in picking up his lease and moving in before then. We're having a tough time finding someone. If you might be interested read on, otherwise sorry for the spam, I know it's off-topic.

We have a single floor, three bedrooms and two baths with living/dining room and kitchen area, about 1300 sq ft, in Tewksbury, MA. The apartment is in a nice area just south of 495 on rt. 38. Our building was built in 1999 and is still very new, including stove (gas), microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and washer and dryer. Rent is currently split $450/500/590, with the master bedroom being bigger and having its own bathroom. The master bedroom is being vacated, but we could shift depending on whichever room someone wanted. AC and heat are in every room through central air, hot water is included, and we pay electric, gas, phone, and cable for Internet and TV (gas and phone are minimal).
