I've done some minor offroading in my '97 Legacy Wagon, but potholes and larger rocks kill it. I've got a brush bar, but I was wondering if I could find a lift kit for my car in Massachusetts. I've been told by some people that I can't get a kit for my car, but I have seen a Legacy Wagon with a lift kit, and my friend whos a mechanic beleives that I can. I have not been able to find one but I was wondering if anyone from Mass. knew if I could.

 

i think the best that you'll get for a lift is installing OBS springs.. they are taller and a lil bit stiffer... many use them if they do rally-x to get the underbody out of the dirt a lil more...

There is a lift kit for it. IIRC, it is made by comany called Scorpion or something like that. isrperformance.com used to carry it I think. Now they are under Renick Subaru so give them a buzz and ask.
