I have a pair of these woofers that I've been using as a daily driving pair for the past year or two. I have competed in SPL comps a few times (and won with a 151.5) so I will not lie and say they are virgin. I have kept them well protected and blemish free except for one which I scraped the cone. The cones are very durable and the scrape did not puncture the woofer at all. I would say they are safe for SPL.

Crystal tech and I have talked on many occations and have agreed that in the right enclosure these could push 160dB and can take 3500W burps each. They are rated for 1600Wrms so you know they are serious subs. The last note is that I had them recoiled to dual 4ohm to fit my amps better.

I have the original boxes and would like to get $300/each and I'll take $25 off actual shipping cost.
