So I'm triing to gauge interest in a Subie meet and track day in west MI, maybe Gingerman or Gratten. Maybe some time late spring if we can get the track. Possibly get some Companies interested in selling the Subie community parts and services to come out and show us what they've got. And otherwise meet, ogle, grill out, and thrash around the track alittle. Like I said just looking to see if there's any interest...

I would have shown, but didn't know anything was going on... Anyway, get those three people to tell everyother person they see in a Subie that they need to get their asses there, or else.

I've been talking to people I know, either in companies that have Subaru products or services, and people who do car audio, and things like that about showing up and showing off their wares, and a few have sounded really interested,, as long as there is a reasonable interest that turns into a good turnout. that is kind of what this post is triing to help gauge. I've been meaning to post on some other forums, but I've been slacking lately.

 

im near GR also and im down anytime. ive never been to a track day, do i need anything to drive (certification, SCCA liscense) or are we thinking dragstrip. im down for both.

 

I'm in the Metro D area but I would possibly be interested if it is on a weekend.

Well I haven't been doing a very good job of keeping track of this idea of a trach day. But a couple weeks ago, my poor `01 wagon eat a valve, and I've been trying to get a new engine and get it back together. The other thing is that I'm not going to be much help, with this track day, I'm moving to Jackson, (Jackson hole) Wyoming in the middle of March. Sorry to start something and then bail on it.
