Please read, An important message from Body Werks
Thanks for taking a minute to read this. In recent times we had run in to a problem at Body Werks. We were overbooked with cars and not enough techs to get them done. Basically this caused a downward spiral and it caused many cars to be tied up in the shop for a much longer time than originally intended. I am being upfront and honest when I tell you cars were in the shop way too long, and ultimately it is my fault. Well after evaluating things and making some business changes all of those problems have been finally cleared up and all of those 100 plus cars are done. The reason I write this is because starting today we will be enforcing a new policy here at Body Werks.
Guaranteed to be done on time or it’s FREE.
I know that this a bold statement but with all of the new changes and additions at Body Werks we are now extremely confident that we will have no problems getting a vehicle done by its promise date. Basically this means….If you bring a custom body and/or paint job to the shop, we will guarantee a completion date. If while working on your car, we are not able to meet that date, their will be no excuses, we will finish your car and give it back to you for FREE. Like I said, if we can’t get it done by the day we promise it to you, we will not charge you for the work no matter how small or how big.
As always our LIFETIME WARRANTY will stay in place. All of the work we complete is warranteed for life, not just as long as you own the car. Even if you sell your car we will carry the warranty over to the new owner.
You have to understand this is in no way any kind of advertising ploy. Simply we want to stay the best. We have always been known for putting out show winning work, now we can guarantee on how fast we can get it done.
Some of our new changes:
-2 Spray booths including a fully drown draft unit with full vehicle baking
-We now employ 20 techs
-Infrared drying systems
-New office manager, new shop manager, and new paint manager.
