Chicago FS or rent: 1 bed condo near Lyola
A little information:
It is two blocks south of Lyola University so great for any students.
Right accross the street from the lake, so bonus for people who like to run, bike, or roller blade on the paths.
It was completly renivated one year ago so everything is new, all appliances cabinets, hardwood flooring in living room, new carpet in bed room, new ceramic tile in kitchen and bath.
There is a weight room, laundry room, dry cleaners, and a little grocery store located in the building.
Monthly parking is available.
Low assesments. Include basic cable, trash, water, heat, 24hr door man, 24hr mantinence man.
two blocks from the red line which will get you to the heart of the loop in about 30 min. Also a couple of busses stop right out side that go directly downtown.
PM or e-mail me for more info we have a cool flyer I can send you with info and pictures.
To buy NASIOC special $145k could possibly go lower if you don't go through an agent that I have to pay. This is basically still construction price they have 50 more units left to sell in the building so when they go the prices will go way up. So great investment opertunity.
To rent not exactly sure but would have to be between $800-900 haven't calculated exactly what it would have to be to cover everything.
