is there anyone here that really knows what they're doing that can help me do my spark plugs. I used to drive hondas so I'm not too comfortable with this crazy a** motor yet.

Sure the 17th sounds good, I have all the tools so we can change them at my place or if you want to change them at yours thats fine too, let me know.

 

your place would be fine but I'll need some directions sooner or later or something. Then I gotta pick out what plugs to get.

 

I would recommend the NGK spark plugs, I got mine on Ebay for $28.00 shipped. When you get the plugs let me know and I'll give you directions.

would you happen to know what im gonna have to gap those spark plugs to. I dont even got a gapper either.

 

If you get NGK you are supposed to gap them at .044 and I have the feeler gauge to gap them.

it might take a while unless we can get it done in the early morning. should I get the NGK irridium ones in the fancy box? cause i can get those from roy at hyperformance and he'll tell me what to gap them at most likely.

 

Early morning is fine sunday, monday or tuesday, I'm usually up at 6:00 am. The NGK iridiums are pre gapped when you buy them, buy it's good to double check them.

 

I've been getting Autolite Platinum and they've always come correctly gapped. Just make sure you have a 6-inch extension for your wrench.

 

where do you get the autolite ones from?
