Snow in DC area
I am filming some snow action in the Rockville area tomorrow for Mischief 3. If anyone wants to bring their car out for some fun email me:
Mischief3000@hotmail.com. Hopefully we will actually get some this time.

I got to see the DC snow on the news here in Japan. Gave me a good laugh to see the people there acting like it was a major disaster because they got one or two inches of snow. Those people would crap themselves if they got 19inches over night like other places do. Big shock that a RWD SUV running summer tires or rain tires would actually suck in the snow.

Snow in Washington is nearer the melting point (temperatures usually right near freezing) and it is much harder to drive on than snow when the temperature is 10 or 15 degrees.
Every 5 years or so, we do get hit with 15-24" of snow at one time. If you think you can drive an RX-7 Twin Turbo or an Acura TL through that on summer or all-weather tires, go right ahead.
For those occasional heavy storms, I'll stay home, thanks. That was I don't have to drive some stupid SUV or buy some Winter tires.
