I live in New Jersey.. How do you plead against getting points added to your licsence?

 

You go to your court date and pray that the prosecutor got laid before he/she came to work.

 

in most courts, after the roll call the judge will give everyone an opportunity to speak with the prosecutor to cut a deal. there is a stampede to his office then you wait an hour until your 5 minutes with him/her. most of the time they will change it to a no point violation in exchange for a higher fine and it's in their best interest to do so.

 

btw new jersey is in 'tri state'
