ordered my STI today....
Today my girlfriend faxed the completed buyers order with a copy of my deposit check to SUBARU of AMERICA as proof of my intention to actually buy a STI. I did this so that once the dealers get their allocations and V.I.N. numbers for the cars they are getting,.I will be able to buy the car before it gets here !!! No guessing or losing sleep that my neighbor will be doing donuts in front of my house in his new STI before I get mine. I am 35 years old and the last time I wanted something this bad was 20 years ago when GT bmx bikes was bought out by Greg Hill and I ordered a Factory Works bmx bike for $ 450.00 !!

As in any color, any price, with no RADIO . This means if SOA changes their mind and we get this thing in SpongeBob yellow with pink wheels I'll be a spongeBob yellow WRX STI with pink wheel drivin' fool,......with uppipe and turbo back makin' 350 hp clockin' 12.5 in the quarter and 160mph on rt 50..............

Actually you can drive it with me in the pass seat. 3 years ago I let my ex girlfriend drive my 2400 lb 944 turbo with 400 hp, on cold "R" compound tires, so trust me you driving a car that maybe has 50-75 more than a regular wrx aint gonna change nothin nor would I let you flip it into a ditch.
I will have a STI party for all the people I know in the mid Atlantic area when I get mine, so it s no big deal.

Can't wait for the party
Sounds like a good time. Do you have a pool? I'll bring the beer. They are coming in June I heard. I have a lot done to my WRX and am 100% positive that I have a tad bit more than 300HP (at the crank). So what I really want to know is how much better it handles and feels. I am going to wait about a year before I buy one. A year after I bought mine I looked around at other WRX's for sale. What I saw were people selling there modified, $$$$ into it and selling it for around what a new one cost.
I am guessing that I will be able to buy a used STI that’s been modified out the *** for about the same price as a new one. After about a year they had been on the market.
