Hey guys ill be moving to northern VA from cali around October and had a few questions, what are the laws like there for modified subys? As mine isnt legal at all in California but im able to work around that, if they are not modified friendly what are the things i should change on my car as it is stage 2 with no cats and has modified engine management. is window tint ok? Just wanna know what i should change and look out for because in california we have smog laws and im not sure what they are in VA. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
