Hi, I just moved to Philadelphia and have a choice of dealers for service on our 2002 WRX wagon and 2004 Forester. It looks like I have three choices:

Glanzman in Jenkintown, Wilkie downtown (ish) and John Kennedy in Plymouth meeting.

Does anyone have experience with any of these dealers? Good or bad? I'm a little concerned about the Forester which seems to have some funky auto-transmission issues (it is under warranty) and I would like to find the most cooperative, competent service center on my first try!

john kennedy is new- they used to be owned by armen, which is up the street from there. i was browsing around for an STI just to see what prices i could get and Kennedy quoted me the best price. i bought my wrx from armen, so i don't know about kennedy, but the service dept moved to kennedy from armen and they've treated me well so far- but then again, i haven't had any big issues. i have an 04

 

Thanks - we have been using Glanzman in Jenkintown. They are so much better than our old CT or Michigan dealers (3rd subie here).
