Just talked to Bertoluccis. They've got copies of the work sheets Senator did when they had my car back in August. I've now got proof that they replaced the entire timing cover (inner/outer/center) and belts, which proves they lied to Maita about having "never worked on that part of my car" and also means that they are liars, and that Maita may be too.
I'll let the BBB, my insurance company and SOA sort that out. Who wants to help me write the letter? I get the paperwork tomorrow morning and was thinking of starting up the letter tonight.

Cha-Ching! Broadzilla was 'advised' by her boss to turn the incident in to her insurance... I will most likely make around $3k off of it now... yay. Nate, I'll be making arrangements as soon as I have a new place.
