I am selling the ecutek to get the cobb accessport. With the protuner you can have up to 10 different maps on it, so i am going to have a street map and a race map for 100 octane. I should put down some nice numbers with that.

You know whats funny about that english dudes wife is that she tries to race everyone and then people come up to me thinking that it was me...I should just smoke her..haha jk

the nutty englishman's wife had one first, and he liked it so he went and bought himself one, thats what one of the guys at the dealership told me.

suzzane - I saw that but I dont know if I'm gonna go, kinda a long way to check out one car and a tribeca

chris - I got some clamps and put the y-pipe on yesterday evening, I'll bring ya the money on saturday

suzanne- heheh, thats what i meant by i kinda took ya'lls advice.......im getting the AP+ protune too. ive been tryin to sell the utec for a couple days, now, and i finally did! i cant wait!!!! id keep the utec, but im about to move around alot, and its maps are static, so it doesn't adapt, but a custom tuned AP will. goin to gruppe-s for the tune? or fine line? if its on a weekend, maybe we can both go.......keep company for the drive up there.

Sounds good! I am not sure when I am gonna go yet depends on when I have the money. I am trying to sell my ecutek but that is not going too well so I might just keep it and lose the money. I will let u know when I am gonna go!

 

for that price? ****, just keep the ecutek......its basically the same as the ap, but holds less maps, and reads codes, but how many codes do you really expect to throw? really? and you dont really need more than 2 maps at a time. i dont think you'll necessarliy get any more power.

use the 300-400 bucks more you're gonna wind up spending for something significant.

 

chris- I've noticed a little bit faster spool up, but nothing to drastic. My UP should be coming in the middle of next week, and some guy is going to let me know sometime this weekend if he still has a helix dp to sell, if he does I should have all the parts by next weekend and maybe you or winfield could help me put on the UP and DP, but for now, I must watch Austin Powers, see ya'all tomorrow

 

Wanted to stop by and say hello. Ill try to make the meet this saturday. I just got an apartment right near the meeting spot but im not moving in till next month. Im trying to recruit some scubbys to come join us monthly at BMWCCA events in marina.. If you get enough cars going this would a mini meet that actually has some action going on. The track is fast and open as its built with m3s in mind...we seem to be at a slight disadvantage because of the pretty even surface but its good experience. Check out the vids!.. right in your backyard if your in the area.
