So next week are we doing it on friday night or saturday??

 

im kinda feeling the friday nights more

 

i think saturday would be best. that way, we all have time to clean our cars and sh*t. either is fine with me, but i do think sat would be the best.

 

I agree that Saturday would be better. I'll also be able to attend next week's meet. I'm assuming the same place then? Starbucks at 9? By the way, did the police hang out again? And how early are people leaving? How many people showed up? Anything interesting happen (like the English guy) again?

 

Hey we missed you on Friday! Same place as last time. The cops came through once, stopped at Starbucks and got their coffee, then took off. They didn't bother us. I would say there were about 25 cars that showed up Friday but everone started leaving at 10:30pm, I guess because no weirdo guys showed up this time lol. Anyways I guess we will plan next Sat. same time, same place. Hope to see more people come out!

 

Great turnout! I'll be able to stick around a little longer next time. Either Friday or Saturday works for me... Sat is better. If my 2yr old notices "bird poop" on the car, it would be good to get some time to give her a wash

I'll be there this coming saturday as well, but this time I'm taking the Rex instead of the Evo. And I can stick around a later if everyone stays, we usually dont go home in watsonville until around 1am.

what do ya'll think of doing the meet on friday again this week? i wont be able to make sat nite unless we make it earlier......... conflicting events.

f'd up, huh? i started this whole thing, and wont even be at some of the first meets.....

so, how does fri nite sound to all of you? good? or during the day sat?

Actually, if we have the meet during daylight hours, that'd be cool. These may sound like lame reasons, but 1) people get tired and/or have other obligations (like family) late at night, and 2) The pictures would look better. A LOT better. So I kind of like the idea of Saturday during the day. Anyway, it's just an idea.

 

Im totally down for Daytime meets. I have a wife and a 2yr old, so being out much in the evening takes some serious coordination. So are we moving it to Fridays or staying with Saturdays?

 

yeah, i have a wife too.............so.....you get the picture. daytime is def better for me.

i dunno about a specific time to do a regular meet, but this may just be an exception. we can all talk about times at the meet. you know, when everyone's finally there. heheh.

 

Fridays would be a no go for me, I work swing shift and wouldnt be able to make it.
