sorry about that. I got the call from my wife and had to head home. Then on my way home I got a call from my dad and my grandpa is in really bad shape. He took a bad fall and might not make it so I turned around and went to the hospital to comfort my moms. Going back tonight.

I got to experience removing the whole front end of a vw this weekend to change some headlights. Yeah. But what a difference it made. Wow.
Doesn't look like my grandpa is gonna make it. Going to the folks house tonight. Got family coming in to get together. I knew he was going down hill but I had really hoped he'd make it through the holidays and hopefully to my brother's wedding. Sucks.

damn. I was doing so well until I saw my boss and not so well now. I'm heading home to be with my family.
He lived a good life. Was a hard working teacher turned politician. Mayor of Concord. Married wealthy. Lived a great life in arnold. An honorable life. My granny was suppose to die 40 years ago and my grandfather took care of her for 35 years. Putting his life away and living for her... even to the point of not wearing yellow because she hated it. Bought a golf course. Played a lot. My granny passed 7 years ago and grandpa got to wear yellow. Travel. Visit with family and get out of the snow he hated so much. It was a blessing to know such an honorable man.
One of those people that loved you and you knew it was real. I was adopted by the family 15 years ago and he from day one showed me nothing but unconditional love.
