Everyone in the Pepper Lunch group last time agreed that Lillie Maes sounded good this week. Pho originally suggested it and I don't think it happened, but I like that place.

Ding ding ding.
Was doing the speed limit right after passing through Saratoga after coming down from Highway 9. Deer standing on the side of the road decided to headbutt my car while I was driving around 25-30mph. My wife freaked, as she was in the passenger seat.
Getting my V7 scoop painted for free, and I'm having the other paintless dents removed along with getting the whole car detailed from head to toe. Not all is bad.
Dropped the car off on Monday at Pan American body shop. Should have it back by Friday.

I always wondered about this - given the high fatality rate of leaping out as a car is passing, you figure the propensity for this, inate or taught, nature or nurture, would have been quickly bred out after the advent of cars. Guess not though... I know even squirrels like to do last second stuff when I'm on my bicycle :|

Pan American Auto Body is handling this like a bunch of bosses, man. They had me bring my car in last week, and set up my insurance stuff. They ordered parts as soon as State Farm approved my claim. They are required to look for used parts first. They got a used door. Didn't think it was good enough quality, sent it back, and bought a new one. Pro service from those guys.
Youd' think so, right? I mean, honestly. But apparently, fight and flight rules out over logic and evolution. LOL.
Sucks man, sorry bout that
