Sway bars aren't going to really help you for straight line stuff. You're going to need someone to go on a ride with you or have someone else drive your car.
Not in a straight line. The straight line stiffness would be determined by your shocks, struts, springs and tires (essentially the items connecting directly down on the road). The way bars in that configuration are not having any (or would have minimal) forces applied to them so they are not adding to the rigidity.
For a Factory alignment that could really be all over the place. The factory range could be "within spec" but give you a very weird driving setup if it is not set evenly across both sides. Without the specific numbers it would be hard to tell.
Also, is it 32 PSI right now or when is the last time that was checked? Tires typically will lose ~ 1 PSI a month normally. However, if one tire is lower or higher than the others it can affect the driving conditions of the car.
Has the car ever been in any accidents? It is possible that something is worn out, broken, slipping or damaged if the car becomes unsettled randomly.

No actual accidents. Some lady was stupid in a garage and kind of hit my car lightly but it didn't do any damage at all. If sway bars aren't going to help much than I think tomorrow I'll go to rbms and ask them to check it out for me before I buy parts

Something just came to mind: do you happen to feel a lot of vibration in the steering wheel at higher speeds?

No real vibrations but I should also mention that this being my first Scoobie coming from german cars.. I am use to a more stiffer wheel and the car not moving at all unless I do so. It could be because im not use to it or it could be because something is wrong.. so next meet ill grab a couple people to drive my car and let me know their opinions and what to do. Tomorrow I plan to visit RBMS to check out the place and while I drive over there I will make sure to feel for vibrations and post back.
Make sure you let someone who knows how to drive , to drive your car. Also theres no point in letting them drive it, if they do not know what they are looking for. Better for a shop to do it and help you troubleshoot since they got a lift and other equipment to take a precise look.

Yeah I was thinking of going to RBMS tomorrow and getting it checked out quickly and talking to them about some suspension upgrades regardless. I do long commutes to school and I notice these small things at times ... When I take my car out for a drive tomorrow I will make a list of things that I am noticing and report to RBMS as well as here. If someone was to drive my car I would want them to have the same car as mine year wise like '11-'13.

I will be at RBMS tomorrow morning, so maybe Ill see you and provide some insight.
