what sound are you looking for?
My advice would be to do the full stage 2 as well but maybe consider a catted DP so you can pass smog. So what I would probably do for this phase....
AP and a cat back. Then you can put money away for the catted DP and a tune.
And that's only if you're happy with your suspension. If you're not... then I'd buy some wagon struts, some koni inserts and some swift springs. Then sell your Teins and spend that on the other stuff....
But that's only going off what most people want to do. If it was truly me I'd spend it all on suspension. LOL!

You really don't loose much going from cat less DP to catted DP if it's a good cat. And once you get passed that no smog line you have to smog your car. With a catted DP you can tune for the smog and pass. Catted. Not gonna happen. So every time you need to smog the car you have to pull everything out and then retune for that.
But if you need that extra couple HP then more power to you.
by the way... I just turned 200,000 miles... WOOT! And I was sideways in the snow while doing it.

I LOVE the sound of the Cobb exhaust its just loud enough for me and has the nice deep boxer rumble, but Cobb is probably one of the most expensive brands. I think I would go for catted for sure though. Honestly, i think im leaning towards suspension and then some sort of in depth checkup of my car since idk what health the engine and everything is in, but i have no idea where or how much that would cost. I also have the damn AC in the back of my head that is still has a leak somewhere.
I hit a massive puddle this weekend. And then i hit it 2 more times. It was too fun, but in retrospect it was a bad idea, front plate was bent completely in half and I think it unseated my condenser which probably was already busted, but it looks like the two prongs on the bottom of it came out of their holes ill hafta look at it better tonight.
Sideways in snow?! jelly...

Yeah the sensor can be a PITA.
did you retune for smog?
I can't decide what the hell I'm gonna do now. If my car keeps on running I might end up selling it before it blows up. for cheap. haaaa.
But I really just want to drop in a full sti swap with the tranny and the whole 9.

You can do a check up with any of the local shops for not an outrageous amount. LIC is super solid with maintenance stuff but they're all capable of it. Might not be a bad idea to start there if you have any questions.
So maybe do that...
1. check up
2. repairs found
3. accessort
4. rear sway bar
5. hd sway bar mount (the bug eye ones SUCK)
6. rear endlinks
that'll spend your money right there and you'll be happier. The access port will give you a little more power and lay the foundation for future mods. The rear sway is a HUGE step up from stock. Then you can add a front sway if you want later and some end links there too.
Or if you hate your coil overs do the koni swap and spend the money from selling your coil overs to do the other stuff.
