Are there settings on the dyno software for a USDM WRX with a RA tranny?

Maybe Nate or Scott can comment on this....just curious for when I want to get my car dyno'd.

I dynoed the silver bucket (not mentioning the owners name as threads with it in tend to end in flames) but anyway it ran 256, 259 and 258 with it's highest boost of 16.5psi on the 256 run (was a little hot in Sac) the remaining runs both pulled 16psi.

Mods on the car,

VF34 using custom internal wastegate block bracket and external Tial 35mm wastegate
Blitz FMIC
STI 520cc injectors
Walbro fuel Pump
UTEC

There are some other bits done but that is about the jist of the power related ones.

i'm pretty sure that on a mustang they don't need to input gear ratio's. the dyno can measure roller rpm and engine rpm and calculate the overall ratio for torque measurement and hp calculations.

It was a pleasure meeting Nate, Scott and the rest of the S-Squared crew as well as the other Subie owners that were there for the dyno day. Despite the 3 hour drive from Hayward due to traffic, being able to dyno the car for the first time made it worth the trip.
As for dyno numbers, w/ a lightened pulley, up-pipe, cat-back and Ecutek reflash, the car managed to put down 196.5 HP and 185.7 lb/ft. TQ.

Very respectable, especially in the heat.

Thanks again to Nate and the rest of the S-Squared / Sac peeps! I had a good time BBQing some burgers and talking spring-rates!

I put down 198 to the wheels... '02 WRX, Vishnu up/turbo-back, crank pulley, EcuTeck reflash. What was surprising was that my STX legal map (no boost changes) was only off my high-boost map by about 5hp. However the difference in midrange torque was huge... with the STX map making almost 20ftlbs less across the entire midrange rpms.

Next time I should show up w/ my stock wheels instead of the P1s... I think I'll break 200hp!

I think the progression goes like this:

Mustang < Dyno Dynamics < Dyno Jet

That's an odd way of writing it. I still remember elementary school and the crocodile eats the big one, lol.

Uhhhh... right. And Dynojets read higher than DynoDynamics which read higher than Mustang dynos. And I didn't need no stinkin' Aerospace Engineering degree to figure that out.
