Didn't really read anything past stockton and drift earlier...
My cousin drifts at Stockton 99 all the time. Him and his room mate are the top 2 am's out there. They both have roll cages, helmets and fire suits.
Never heard of tandem without cages and helmets let alone fire suits.
Now that I read the thread I wouldn't trust the OP either. I'm not gonna jump on the anti-drift band wagon. I build my car for handling... or what they'd call grip racing. But anyone that bags on drifting for the sake of it has never tried it. It's not the easiest thing in the world.
I can say right now honest to god that my cousin is probably a better driver than I am and I'd consider myself half way decent... He's got mad control.

Car Info: Some sort of Subaru
Some of us got an AWD car in the first place for better ultimate grip, not drifting.
Ummmm, maybe you should do that too. That's been a problem throughout the thread.
I don't really care if you want to drift your car. On a completely different note, I don't consider Ken Block a drifter; all he does is use power to burn rubber.
Thank you for showing us how a grown-up acts
We'll do our best not to be jealous. Seriously, have fun drifting.
Ummmm, maybe you should do that too. That's been a problem throughout the thread.
...and if i put a bad face on the motorsports and tuning community then you can not only include me but include everyone who has ever attempted and SUCEEDED in drifting.... like ummmmmmmmm i dunno KEN BLOCK.....UMMMMMMM KEICHI TSUCHIYA!!!!! and all the other professional drift drivers.
We'll do our best not to be jealous. Seriously, have fun drifting.

And since Ken was factory backed by subaru pretty much he got to wreck every car and it would be replaced. Now who is sponsoring you again?

1st off Ken block had to practice somewhere correct?? And I'm sure he had to pay for his own mistakes as well. Also he must be doing it for more then just money. Don't get me wrong the moneys awesome I'm sure. Also not everybody just grip drives either. Listen like I said this was basically an invite for whoever wanted to go with. I'm sorry If I misinformed you, but this isn't a freaking Jenny jones show All it is and ever was,was an invite.

After a while it's gonna get boring tooling around by yourself. You need some competition to make things exciting. Then again with Block's recent track record he might as well have just done it that way.
